Cookies Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This page lists every cookie and piece of browser storage Fillnest uses, what it's for and how long it lasts.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. “Local storage” is similar browser storage that stays on your device and isn't sent to our servers automatically. This policy covers both.

2. What we use

Fillnest uses only what it needs to work. We don't use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or cross-site tracking.

ff_sessionCookie (essential)

Keeps you signed in to your account. Set only when you log in.

Used on: Fillnest dashboard. Kept: Up to 30 days, or until you log out.

ff:token:…Local storage (functional)

A random identifier so a respondent can resume an unfinished form and so unique visits are counted once.

Used on: Forms built with Fillnest. Kept: Until the form is submitted or browser data is cleared.

ff:progress:…Local storage (functional)

Saves in-progress answers on the respondent's own device so nothing is lost if the page closes. Form owners can turn this off.

Used on: Forms built with Fillnest. Kept: Until the form is submitted or browser data is cleared.

3. Third-party services

PayPal: when you choose a plan, you complete payment on PayPal's own website, which sets its own cookies under PayPal's cookie policy. Fillnest doesn't control or read them.
Google Fonts and Simple Icons: some pages load fonts or logos from these services. They don't set cookies, but like any website they receive your IP address when your browser requests the file.

5. How to control them

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you block them, you won't be able to stay logged in to the dashboard, and forms won't be able to remember unfinished answers on your device.
