Terms of Service

Fillnest lets you build single-page and multi-step online forms, publish them on your own websites, and view the responses people submit, including answers saved before a form is finished. These Terms apply to everyone who creates an account (“you”). People who fill out your forms are “respondents”.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away through our contact page if you think your account has been used without permission.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no payment method required. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep your forms accepting responses. Current plans are Monthly ($4.99 per month), Yearly ($49.99 per year) and Lifetime ($149.00, paid once). Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply.

• Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically through PayPal at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal on your Plan & billing page (or in your PayPal account). You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees.
• Lifetime is a single payment for access for as long as Fillnest is offered, not for the lifetime of any person.
• Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• We may change prices for new purchases. If the price of your current subscription changes, we'll tell you before it applies to you.
• Refunds: because Fillnest is a digital service you can use immediately, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can still request a refund (for example if you were charged in error) through our contact page, choosing “Refund request”. We review each request individually and decide at our discretion; approved refunds are returned through PayPal.

If your trial or paid plan ends, your forms stop accepting new responses and you can't create or edit forms until you choose a plan. Your existing forms and responses are not deleted: you can still view and export them while your account exists.

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Fillnest for you.

You are responsible for how you use the data you collect. In particular, you must tell respondents who you are and how you use their answers (for example with your own privacy notice), get any consent the law requires, and only collect what you are allowed to collect. Forms save answers as respondents type, before they press submit; make sure that suits your use.

You agree not to use Fillnest to:

• collect passwords, full payment card numbers, or other credentials;
• impersonate others, phish, defraud, or mislead respondents;
• send spam or collect data you have no right to collect;
• publish illegal, hateful, or harmful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• spread malware, or try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the service.

We may remove forms or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity.

We work to keep Fillnest available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

You can stop using Fillnest at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us through our contact page. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

Fillnest is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost leads), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover claims brought against us because of the content of your forms or how you use the data you collect.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Fillnest after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Fillnest is established. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
